What are access usability studies?
Improving your digital experience
Researchers want to hear your feedback on new digital products like prototypes, websites, and apps.
Perigean Technologies supports their research by matching participants to studies conducted by U.S. federal agencies.
We are especially interested in learning from people who:
• identity as having a condition that makes it challenging to use digital tools
• rely on assistive technologies, such as screen readers, zoom magnification, or alternative navigation tools
• have cognitive or learning considerations
• have mobility issues.
Step 1: Sign up
The first step is to sign up and complete our screener questionnaire.
- The questionnaire takes about 5 minutes to complete.
- You should only complete it if you meet all of the following:
- you are an adult over the age of 18,
- you reside in the United States, and
- you have a disability or impairment related to vision, hearing, speech, mobility, or thinking and learning.
- You only need to register once to be considered for all future studies.
- The information you provide will only be used to match you with research study opportunities.
Step 2: Join studies and get paid
After sign up, we’ll email you with opportunities to share your feedback in research studies.
- If the study is a match for you, you'll choose a date and time to participate.
- Before you participate, you'll need to sign an agreement and consent form.
- We'll send you information to meet with our researchers, and you can join the meeting as instructed.
- Share your feedback and expertise. We can't wait to learn from you!
- Get paid. Everyone who complete a study receives compensation for their time.
